All sessions are held by Emma Paul, counsellor and psychotherapist, with a focus on emotional safety, presence, and depth. Sessions are held online via secure telehealth, creating a private and supportive space wherever you are.

Individual therapy offers a steady, supportive space to explore what is happening within you with depth and compassion.
This work may support you if you are navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, attachment patterns, grief, life transitions, inner conflict, or a sense of feeling stuck or disconnected.
Sessions move at a pace that honours your nervous system and lived experience. Rather than pushing for quick solutions, we work with curiosity and care, allowing understanding and change to unfold over time.

Couples Therapy
Relationship counselling grounded in emotional safety
Couples therapy offers a structured, supportive space to slow things down and understand what is happening underneath conflict, distance, or repeated patterns.
This work is grounded in Internal Family Systems and Intimacy from the Inside Out. Partners are supported to recognise how their inner worlds shape the relationship, increase emotional safety and self responsibility, and rebuild trust and connection with greater clarity and care.
Couples often seek therapy when navigating recurring conflict, emotional disconnection, trust ruptures, life transitions, or a desire to strengthen intimacy and communication.

Longer session options are available because meaningful work, particularly trauma and relationship work, often benefits from time and continuity. Rather than focusing only on symptom relief, this approach supports deeper understanding of patterns, protective strategies, and relational dynamics.
